Precision, Electronic, Weigh-Counting Balance

A range of compact, precision, weigh-counting balances which represent outstanding value for money. The robust ABS case has control keys and LCD display protected by a dust and splash-proof membrane. An integral programme enables quick recalibration with the supplied calibration weight.
The tare (zeroing) facility can be repeatedly reset during use, enabling the weight of additions to the contents on the weigh-pan to be measured. A 'tare memory' facility allows the tare-cup weight and ingredient weights to be stored separately, enabling the 'net total' weight of a mixture to be indicated.
The balance incorporates a plus-minus weighing feature. The 'tare' key resets the display to zero and the display then indicates both plus and minus percentage deviations - from the tared weight - of items subsequently placed on the weigh pan.
For parts-counting, a pre-selected quantity of 5, 10, 25 or 50 pieces are placed on the balance. The total quantity, total weight and individual item weight of an unknown quantity may then be found.
A data interface (RS232 C) enables bidirectional connection to a PC and direct print-out to the Standard Printer 133-8989 or the Advanced Statistics Printers 102-9171 or 133-9086.
The power supply can be either from 230 volt mains adapter or 9 volt battery, with automatic switch off, after 3 minutes without change of load, to preserve battery life.
